Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and design new projects, collaborate with processes to ensure the implementation of experimental plans, and control project quality and speed;
2. Lead the verification testing of new products, responsible for writing relevant technical documents, and regularly output development results;
3. Responsible for project development progress and results.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related fields; More than 10 years of work experience in structural design, product development, and other positions, with independent project management experience;
2. Proficient in mechanical principles, welding, and mechanics related professional knowledge; Proficient in using drawing software such as CAD, Solidworks, PRO-E, and simulation software such as ANSYS, with FEA experience preferred;
3. English CET-4 or above, with basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
4. Has excellent teamwork skills, stress resistance, advanced technology learning and problem-solving abilities;
5. Priority will be given to those who are willing to accept overseas workers.
