Job Description:
1. Participate in training needs investigation and analysis based on company strategy and business development needs, develop annual training plans, and follow up on the implementation and evaluation of various internal and external training plans;
2. Participate in the establishment of the company's training system, such as training system, internal trainer management system, course management system, effectiveness evaluation system, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Education or related fields;
2. More than five years of training related work experience, with priority given to those with training management experience in large enterprises;
3. Familiar with and proficient in the process of developing, organizing, executing, and evaluating training plans;
4. Familiar with the use of various training materials and tools, with some experience as a training instructor preferred;
5. Has strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and organizational and coordination abilities.
