The overall goal of the Digital CXIC project planning and layout is "one platform, two domains, integrated collaboration": by establishing a unified digital foundation platform for the group, it promotes the deep integration of group control and factory production and operation, ensuring high-efficiency collaborative management integration in production, supply, and sales, financial business management, human resources, and production execution layers between the group front-end and factory back-end. The project will unfold through centralized and distributed deployment, with the group's unified management business (such as digital operations, digital human resources, digital analytics, etc.) being centrally deployed, while digital factories will adopt distributed deployment with a degree of personalization. The two deployment modes will be interconnected through digital technology, closely connecting to the unified platform.

The comprehensive coverage of digital operations, digital human resources, digital factories, and digital analytics, and the effective application of all digital systems is a long-term continuous process. Based on the principle of "planning the current situation and optimizing reasonably," the group has identified the first phase of the project to focus on digital operations and digital human resources. After completing the construction of the group's unified digital foundation platform, implementing a digital factory that covers scheduling, process management, workshop operations, process quality inspection, equipment operation, intelligent warehousing, and safety and environmental protection in all production execution links is one of the key goals in the overall layout of the project.

Digital construction is a long process of continuous iteration, optimization, and development, requiring scientific planning, meticulous planning, and precise implementation.
